I think she doesn't want the charcoal to draw any clothes onto her!
Maybe the charcoal was too dirty and scratchy.[And I probably couldn't draw them anyway!]

Hhehheee, I wouldn't want charcoal drawing on me would you? We are only 'supposed to' draw clothes because that's what they make us believe at school. I never learnt how to draw them either :)))
